A washed regional coffee produced by a sister-duo from the coffee growing region of Nueva Segovia. This coffee was gathered in their dry mill from the neighboring farms as well as two of their own, Finca Bethania and Finca Las Hortensias, where they promote biodiversity and natural ecological relationships. Needless to say this is shade-grown coffee with all kinds of producing and non-producing trees coexist and attract all varieties of fauna. Chocolate, slight tangerine acidity and peach notes make this coffee perfect for filters and those wanting to expand their range of espressos.
